Margate Rock // 5.5% // Fruited Sour A tart raspb Margate Rock // 5.5% // Fruited Sour A tart raspberry and blackcurrant sour with a hint of vanilla. It's our first ever sour beer and we couldn't be happier with the result! A complex grain bill with a hefty dose of oats and wheat give it a smooth and full body with a delightful head and little bit of sweetness to balance the acidity. Based in Sheepscar just outside of Leeds City Centre. Known for BIG stouts, wild concepts & some of the most distinctive label art in the uk. This is how happy we all are that our beloved Brid This is how happy we all are that our beloved Bridie is leaving us after 5 wonderful years being our rock behind the taps at Xylo. She will be sorely missed by us all, and we know you will too. (Don’t worry she’s staying in Margz). We’ll be having a drink from 5pm ish onwards tonight if you wanted to say cheerio.
